• During certain live special events that are pay per view, archive viewing may not be available.
• Streaming is done at multiple bandwidths from low to high definition on most videos, your stream will depend on your internet connection. If you do not have this speed or if this bandwidth is shared between multiple computers in your household or business there may be buffering affecting your stream. You can change the bandwidth on the lower left portion of the player.
• Some businesses have firewalls to limit streaming or other content and may affect the ability of the stream to transmit to your computer.
• If you have an apple product you may have difficulty viewing flash content. There is a special plug in or app on some apple products or you may need to use a different browser or operating system to view the videos. Check the home page video to see if it works.
• Please allow at least 2 hours for password generation - we must manually create passwords.
• We try to archive all live streamed events, however, recorded events, edited highlight films and very large video files may be limited. Archives are available for up to a year and at least two months. If we have a lot of requests/income we can keep the archives longer. TELL YOUR FRIENDS!
