Daryl Heavey is a native of Atlanta but has resided in Florida for 18 years. He became a golf professional in 1999 and has worked with and played with various tour pros from the PGA, Champions, LPGA and European tours. He owns and operates Daryl Heavey Golf Academy which is a full service golf academy and golf consultation network including tournament administration, real estate, club consultation, and golf academy management.
Playing experience has included numerous PGA of America events and Pro-Ams, Charity and corporate Pro-Ams, Mini-tour events, Hooters Tour qualifying events, US Open qualifying and some of the most incredible $$bandit$$ matches imaginable
He also has volunteered many hours of spare time involving monthly benefits for the Children's Hospital in Orlando, the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life, and Habitat for Humanity. Married for 25 years, his family consists of 2 cats and 1 dog. Hobbies include Disney World, fishing, movies, dining out and travel to exotic golf destinations.
