• First Check the Schedule to see that your game is on the Pay Per View schedule below the payment buttons. Your access is to all games that will be live streamed during the allotted time. Included in Full Week Package is up to 7 days of archives. (Through the next Thursday). Make sure you read the information to the right - you will have to log in through the form at the upper right. Schedule subject to change.
• Streaming is done between 1700 and 2300 kbps which means you will need at least 5 Mbps downloading speed on your internet connection. If you do not have this speed or if this bandwidth is shared between multiple computers in your household or business there may be buffering affecting your stream.
• Some businesses have firewalls to limit streaming or other content and may affect the ability of the stream to transmit to your computer.
• If you have an apple product please go to one of the above "Archive Game" channels to assure you can view flash content. There is a special plug in or app on some apple products or you may need to use a different browser to view the videos.
• DVD is for one game only, specify game in the Comments section on Pay Pal.
• Some older computers that do not have Flash or Java updated or enabled on their browsers may have difficulty logging in or paying for the subscription and the automatic password generation may not work. If this occurs you will need to have a password generated manually - this may take up to 2 hours or overnight if payment is after hours. Use the Manual Payment Button if you have difficulty.
• Also if you have difficulty logging in after payment, you may send a comment in the Contact Us menu above, and we will send you a new manually created password that will enable log in. You will need to use the "Manually Created Password" links at the bottom of the page to access the games.
